since i know you care, here’s a look at what i did this weekend.
first, biking on angel island. lots and lots of fun. gorgeous weather and clear views of the city and marin county made the $10/hour bike rental fee worth it. on that note, if you have your own bike, i recommend you bring it. it’ll save you the aforementioned fee, but you’ll probably also avoid the problem i had: every time i raised my bike seat up, it would slowly lower itself back down as i was riding. no bueno.

bike riding is also great cardiovascular exercise which will leave you tired afterwards as exhibited by joey.
nehemiah band was guest starring at alameda this week and i got a nice picture with them. clearly i did not get the memo that the dress code was strictly hipster.
it was also my mom’s birthday. she turned….. 45.
happy birthday, mom.
and of course, like everyone else, my weekend ended with the news that osama bin laden had been killed. it was a great victory for america and an important blow to evil in this world. we can also safely say that alan from “the hangover” probably felt that justice had been served.
